The ⁠Leo Club Program is the official youth program of ⁠Lions Clubs International, empowering young leaders to serve their communities and build lifelong leadership skills. The acronym LEO stands for Leadership, Experience, Opportunity.

The Two Leo Tracks

Depending on age, volunteers join one of two tailored organizational paths: 

• Alpha Leos (Ages 12–18): Focused on the individual and social development of younger teens and preteens.

• Omega Leos (Ages 18–30): Designed for the personal and professional advancement of young adults
